Our Services

Workplace Education & Training

We provide practical, nurse-led mental health education and training for workplaces, healthcare teams, businesses, schools, community organizations, and professional groups. Our interactive workshops are designed to strengthen employee wellbeing while giving staff the confidence and practical skills to support the people they work with every day.

Rather than simply increasing awareness, our workshops provide realistic communication strategies, practical coping tools, and evidence-informed approaches that participants can confidently apply in everyday interactions. Whether your team supports patients, clients, customers, students, or one another, our goal is to help people respond with confidence, compassion, and professionalism.

Every workplace has its own strengths, challenges, and learning needs. We work collaboratively with organizations to develop education that is relevant, practical, and meaningful for their team. Whether you're looking for a single workshop, a lunch-and-learn, or an ongoing education series, sessions can be delivered virtually or in person.

Individualized Support

Our approach is grounded in our experience as Registered Psychiatric Nurses. We recognize that mental health is influenced by many aspects of life, including relationships, physical health, stress, work, school, family dynamics, and life experiences. Rather than focusing on a diagnosis alone, we work collaboratively to understand the whole person, identify the factors contributing to current challenges, and develop a personalized plan that reflects your goals, strengths, and needs.

We believe meaningful change happens through partnership. Together, we explore what you're experiencing, build self-awareness, develop practical coping strategies, and create realistic goals that support lasting wellbeing.

Support for Adults

Life can become overwhelming for many reasons. Whether you're experiencing anxiety, stress, burnout, low mood, grief, relationship challenges, major life transitions, low self-confidence, or simply feeling stuck, we provide a supportive, non-judgmental space to help you better understand what you're experiencing and why. Together, we'll build healthy coping skills, strengthen emotional wellbeing, improve self-awareness, and develop practical strategies that support meaningful, lasting change.

Support for Children & Teens

Growing up comes with many emotional, social, and developmental challenges, and every child experiences them differently. We support children and teenagers who may be struggling with anxiety, excessive worry, school-related stress, big emotions, emotional regulation, low confidence, friendship challenges, family changes, difficulty coping with change, or other mental health concerns.

Whether your child is feeling overwhelmed, avoiding school, withdrawing from activities they once enjoyed, struggling with friendships, or finding everyday life difficult to manage, we provide a supportive environment where they can better understand what they're experiencing, develop healthy coping skills, build confidence, and strengthen resilience.

We also work alongside parents and caregivers, providing education, guidance, and practical strategies to help them better understand, support, and communicate with their child while navigating these challenges together.

Our approach integrates mental health education with principles from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, tailoring support to each individual's unique needs, strengths, and goals.

Appointments are available virtually by secure video or phone, as well as in person at our Sherwood Park office, providing flexible options to access support in the way that works best for you.
